The Chicago-Kent College of Law and the University of Toronto’s Munk Centre for International Studies, Program on Water Issues are convening a high-level, structured workshop on Thursday February 17th to look at the Annex 2001 Agreements and the current debate over the legal and environmental definitions, risks, and status of out-of-basin diversions.
