Having trouble logging into the Private Well Database? You must first have a login and password before you can access the data.
For help obtaining a login, see the information below.
You may encounter problems if you have a valid login, but you do not have cookies
enabled on your browser. Cookies must be enabled for the login process to work.
These cookies are NOT Persistent Cookies that will stay on your hard drive after you leave this site. They are Session Cookies, that only exist
while you are logged into the Private Well Database. No information about your use of this site will remain on your computer after you logout.
Help is available for enabling cookies on your web browser.
If you are uncomfortable using cookies, you may contact the Private Wells Database department at the Illinois
State Water Survey for assistance on obtaining hard copies of our data.
If you have forgotten your password, you may contact us using the information below to have your password mailed to you. Passwords will not be given out
over the phone, emailed, or faxed under any circumstances. The password will only be mailed to a physical (shipping) address.
You can still obtain data by mail.
